Submission Instructions
There are two ways to post a working paper:
- Contact the RKCSI Webmaster requesting to be added as an authorized contributor to the RKCSI collection
- Send the paper as an attachment to the RKCSI Webmaster, requesting that it be added to the RKCSI Working Papers.
